Driver Ed - Policies and How To's

When you sign up for driver education
It is important that you complete every portion of the scheduled course you sign up for. It's required to receive a certificate of completion.

What to bring to a driver ed class?
Live class hours are 9am to 4pm. Lunch is 12 - 1.

Tuition is paid no later than the first day of class. You may pay by cash, check, money order, or online prior to class. If you pay online please bring print the receipt and bring it on the first day along with the other items above. To pay the tution go here.

The Antioch and Concord locations are close to several fast food places. Both locations will require a short 10 minute walk. Both locations have soda and snack machines in the building.

What do I take with me to the DMV for my permit?
1. A Birth Certificate or Passport
2. Social Security Number
3. Two certificates. Blue or Pink certificate of completion of driver education and white enrollment in driver training
4. DL 44 application for license.
5. $27 fee
6. You can make a DMV appointment here or just show up for your permit test. Have all of your documents in hand before you arrive and be prepared to test.
